The Company manufactures and supplies steel balls in various sizes and specifications for grinding of cement, slag, clinker, ceramic products, remicon and raw rock, as well as for steel casting and various machines processing powder, solid and liquid in the cement, chemical and steel making industries.
The Company manufactures and supplies SNS, SNP and High Chrome Casting Steel Ball made of new materials and technologies for grinding processes.
By utilizing the Company’s new automated casting facilities, the Company manufactures and supplies Shell Liner, Diaphragm, Table Liner, Roller Tire, Hammer and Grate Plate for cement and mining industries.
The Company manufactures and supplies large casting products made of carbon steel, alloy steel and high alloy steel as well as various parts for machining products. These products are used in mining, cement, steel making, bridge, chemical facilities. The Company can produce 70,000 tons of products a year.
These products in the form of tile, liner and elbow are widely used in mining, chemical, steel making, port and cement industries to prevent wear, impact and corrosion of machinery. Products can be custom-made and installed in various types including adhesive, irregular-shape and assembly types.
The Company has developed a new concept for steel ball beyond the conventional concept, which can be used for grinding of clinker at cement mill and replace the conventional high chrome casting steel ball, through the development of new materials and technologies. SNP Steel Ball is produced using the hot press and automated hot rolling device. Like the high chrome casting steel ball, SNP Steel Ball has virtually no variance in between the internal and external hardness, offering the same abrasion rate as the conventional high chrome casting steel ball, the same breaking rate as the conventional forged ball regardless of thermal changes as it is produced in the forging method, interchangeability with the conventional steel ball when used in a MILL, and requires no replacement of liners thereby saving costs and making a significant contribution to manufacturing processes.
